Cannabis is a plant with many uses. It’s used for its psychoactive properties, but it can also be used to cure many diseases and disorders. In ancient times it was used as a medicinal plant by native people. Back then this strain of cannabis was known as ganja or Indian hemp. Cannabis has been used throughout history by various cultures across the globe. But why did cannabis become illegal in the first place? And when was weed found ?
